RESERVATIONS
1. If you wish to reserve the Fountain Room (25-30 guests), a $250.00
non-refundable deposit will be required on any reservation. You must guarantee sales of
$500.00 for Friday or Saturday reservations. There will be a $150.00 room
charge for Friday and Saturday reservations. The deposit will be applied
towards your bill.
2. If you wish to reserve the Rose Room (30-50 guests), a $400.00
non-refundable deposit will be required on any reservation. You must guarantee sales of
$ 800.00 for Friday or Saturday reservations. There will be a $200.00 room
charge for Friday or Saturday reservations. The deposit will be applied
towards your bill.
3. Please make arrangements to view the rooms prior to making a reservation.
Once the reservation is made, the deposit must be received in 7 days to guarantee
the reservation. Deposits
are NON-REFUNDABLE. The
reservation will not be guaranteed until we receive both the GUEST
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ANY APPLICABLE DEPOSITS.
4. Two weeks prior to your event, please inform our banquet manager of your
menu selections, bar arrangements, room setups and any other specifics related
to your event.
5. Three business days prior to the event, we require your guarantee of the
number of guests attending. It is not possible to lower the guarantee within
the 72 hour period, however, you may increase during that time. If the guarantee
is not received, then the expected number will become your guarantee. Food
quantities will be locked in at that time. You will be charged for the amount
guaranteed.
6. Function rooms are based on the number of people expected. If information
changes as to the expected number of guests, the restaurant reserves the
right to change the room to be more compatible to the size of the group.
B. FRONT BAR ARRANGEMENTS
1. The front bar is available for your exclusive use. There is a $ 25.00/per
hour room charge to reserve this room.
2. Cash bar – includes house brands, call liquors and top shelf brands,
wines, imported and domestic beers and soft drinks. Customers pay for their
drinks.
3.
Host sponsored – All drinks will be added to the dinner tab. An 18%
gratuity is added to the bill. The room charge will be waived.
Porta Bella Banquet Policies Thank you for considering Porta Bella for your party function. In order to provide you with excellent quality of food & service, we have established the following guidelines.

We offer a complete selection of beverages for your function. It is our policy
that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the restaurant.
5. The person hosting the function is ultimately responsible for any underage
drinking and resulting damages and fines. Porta Bella enforces Wisconsin
State Law that you must be 21 to drink. Porta Bella will not serve anyone
under the age of 21 even if accompanied by legal guardian. Porta Bella will
check ID's.
C. MENU SELECTIONS
1. Menu selections are limited to three (3) selections if the party is between
20- 30 or two (2) selections if over 30. See attached menu for selections.
2. The banquet manager can provide special menu requests.
3. The banquet manager will be happy to assist you in choosing wines to compliment
your meal.
4. No food or beverage may be brought into the restaurant. All food and beverages
must be purchased through the restaurant with the exception of cakes made by
a licensed facility.
5. An 18% gratuity and 5.5% sales tax will be added to the quoted prices.
6. All prices are subjected to an 18% gratuity; a 5.5% sales tax is then added
to the total amount.
D. PAYMENTS
1. Deposits are to be paid when the reservation is booked.
2. All prices are subject to change. Prices will be locked in 60 days prior
to the event. 14 days prior to the event, menu selections and prices will
be locked in. The banquet contract must be signed and sent back to the restaurant.
3. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the event.
4. Additional charges incurred on the day of the event (i.e., host sponsored
bar) are due and payable on the day of the event.
5. Groups requesting state tax exemptions must submit a copy of their tax
exemption certificate 3 days prior to the event.
E. MISCELLANEOUS
1. The banquet manager prior to the event must approve affixing anything
to the walls or ceiling.
2. Porta Bella assumes no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of
merchandise or articles left in the restaurant prior to, during or after
a function.
3. By
signature, the guest acknowledges and accepts the above policies. This
letter must be returned
within 7 days of receipt.
