to Find Porta Bella – 425
N. Frances Street
Located in the heart of the University of Wisconsin – Madison campus.
Just one block south of the popular shopping & fine dining district of
State Street – and 2-1/2 north of the KOHL Center, we are
conveniently located for easy access for your dining & events. The Madison
public parking ramp across the street, along with street side parking allow
for easy accessibility even for the handicap.

From
Middleton: Go east on University Ave. until it turns into W. Johnson.
Stay in the left hand lane of Johnson St. until you come to Frances St. Make
a left on Frances, go 1-1/2 blocks toward State St. Porta Bella is on the right
and the parking ramp is on the left.
From West Town and Southwest Side: Take
the Beltline (12 & 18) east to the Park St. exit (151 North). Take Park
street to Johnson St. Turn right on Johnson and immediately get into the left
lane. 2 blocks down make a left turn onto Frances St. Go 1-1/2 blocks toward
State St. Porta Bella is on the right and the parking ramp on the left.
From the South Side and Oregon: Take Park
St. to W. Johnson St., make a right turn and immediately go to the left lane.
2 blocks down, make a left turn on Frances St. Go 1-1/2 blocks toward State
St. Porta Bella is on the right and the parking ramp on the left.
From
the Coliseum and the South East Side: Take the Beltline (12 &
18) west to the Park St. exit (151 north). Make a right hand turn at the bottom
of the ramp, proceed to W. Johnson St. Make a right hand turn onto Johnson and
immediately get into the left hand lane. 2 blocks down make a left hand turn
on to Frances St. Go 1-1/2 blocks towards State St. Porta Bella is on the right
and the parking ramp on the left.
From Stoughton and McFarland: Take 51 North to the Beltline (12 &
18) West. Go west until you come to the Park St. exit (151 North), make a right
hand turn at the bottom of the ramp. Proceed to W. Johnson St., make a right
hand turn and immediately get into the left hand lane. 2 blocks down make a
left hand turn on to Frances St. Go 1-1/2 blocks towards State St. Porta Bella
is on the right and the parking ramp on the left.
