Italian Specialties – Chicken
Dinners include your choice of a cup of soup or a small Porta, Caesar or Garden salad. Served with hot Sour dough and garlic bread. For a lighter fare, ala carte portions are available.

Chicken Marsala – Spaghetti topped with slices of chicken breast and a delicate cream sauce of mushrooms, onions, garlic and Marsala wine. Garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Wine Suggestion: Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Chicken and Porta Bella Mushrooms with Goat Cheese Ravioli – Sauteed chicken and porta bella mushrooms served over jumbo goat cheese stuffed ravioli. Topped with our homemade tomato sauce. Wine Suggestion: Citra Montepulciano.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo – Sautéed chicken breast served over spinach fettuccine and topped with Alfredo sauce, almonds and shredded Parmesan cheese. Wine Suggestion: Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Chicken and Broccoli – Your choice of pasta topped with sautéed chicken breast and broccoli in a creamy Gorgonzola sauce. Wine Suggestion: Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Chicken Parmesan – Tender breast of chicken, lightly coated with seasoned breading and sautéed. Topped with ham, sliced onions, green peppers, tomatoes, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and tomato sauce. Served with your choice of spinach fettuccine and tomato sauce or seasonal vegetables. Wine Suggestion: Rosemount Shiraz.

Chicken Tetrazzini – Spinach fettuccine smothered with tender pieces of chicken breast, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a rich cream sauce. Wine Suggestion: Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Rosemary Chicken Ravioli – Rosemary seasoned egg pasta filled with chicken, Provolone cheese and rosemary. Topped with Mama Troia’s tomato sauce. Wine Suggestion: Monte Antico Sangiovese.
